Kandy has many landmarks that are worth visiting and they are all worth a visit. The Daladamaligawa is one of them, it is an ancient Buddhist temple that was built in the 18th century and it has been used to store Buddha’s tooth since then. Another place worth visiting is the Pura Rangsiwewa, which was built in 1818 by King Sri Wickrama Rajasinha who wanted to commemorate his victory against British invaders.
